All membership options require 1st and last months subscription fee to secure your parking spot. In addition to the signing of a contract, and your own liability insurance.
There is a small wash out area for engine flushing only, and a minor area to dispose of your trash. Absolutely NO maintenance is to be done on the property. We are strict to keep you and your prized vessel safe and secure!
